The Dutch DJ Academy
The international name for our DJ School in Utrecht, only 40 min from the center of Amsterdam!
At DJ School Utrecht, part of the Dutch DJ Academy, we find out by asking, what you would like to learn. It’s all custom made, just the way YOU like it and in English available too as you see!
We teach in an informal way and with a lot of humor, because we want you to feel comfortable, then you get the most out of the DJ courses.
If you attend a School/Academy, always pay attention to the quality of the teachers, not the state of famousness of the teachers! We only hire people because they’re awesome in teaching, if they’re by any chance (almost) well known too, that’s a bonus!

We are not saying we’re the best DJ School in The Netherlands, like some of our colleagues do, about themselves, but our (inter)national students/reviews told us we are!
We have different DJ classes in English, like:
DJ Course in Beat mixing (with Vinyl or CD’s)
DJ Course in Scratching (Turntablism)
DJ Course in Traktor (Scratch and normal version)
and
Producer Course in Music Production (Ableton Live Courses, Bitwig Studio Courses, Reason Courses, Logic Pro Courses, FL Studio Courses ( Fruity Loops Course ) and Studio One Courses).

Nowadays it’s very smart to master both sides, in short, making your own songs and play them afterwards straight away at your performance!

DJ Summer School in English
Our popular 4 week DJ Summer Camp in July. 100hrs of group training in DJ-ing and Music Production.
Unfortunately we had to move to a different location in the summer of 2022. At the new location we are not able to run the summer school, because it’s smaller with fewer rooms :-(
We are still looking for a solution. Until further notice, there still won’t be a summer school, because of that reason…
Of course our regular private courses run like normal. And are attended by foreigners from abroad too.
The advantage of a private course is of course that you learn things a lot quicker!
